Mike Kessler – Managing Partner
Mike has been in the advertising business since 1975. His background stems from Broadcast and Communications from Michigan State University. With over 20 years’ experience with his own company, he directs a select group of talented marketing professionals. Mike acts as the Lead Account Representative for all of the P&M accounts and oversees the day-to-day activities of the Creative Department.

We both expect the same thing because we talk about these goals constantly. Whether it is increased traffic to your store, creating an accurate perception, or affecting revenue, we know we must lead the client through the advertising plan. I can’t tell you how many times I have heard a potential client say, “Our agency asks us what we want done each month.” Creating and executing a properly planned ad strategy is our job. The agency must lead the client through each step and be steps ahead in the execution, avoiding last-minute decisions and rushed delivery.
Working together, we gain results with a two-part formula:
- First, we make sure the message attracts attention, cuts through and delivers the message in a positive manner. When done properly, we are branding and selling at the same time.
- Second, make sure this message gets to the right people. It’s more than just buying ads and spots. Naples and Fort Meyers FL are not the only section of the country where we place ads — Our clients also reside in New England, the southeast and southwest.
This basic thinking has allowed us to grow with our clients. Many of our relationships have progressed together for more than ten years. Our oldest client has been with us for more than twenty years. Each year, we build on the partnership and it fine-tunes the ability of the team to achieve the ultimate goal: Results.
Brian Rogalewski at Swift River Productions has created a majority of the video work on P&M video productions for over 10 years. His crews and camera setup have been the backbone of P&M video gathering. Much of the work on this site is Swift River Video. P&M and Swift River work together utilizing advanced techniques in direct-to-computer capture, lighting, and audio gathering.
Electric Symphony Media is the digital arm of P&M’s placement in the digital world. P&M works closely with them to get clients in front of the target audience in social media, 3rd party web sites, paid search and more. This is the “bottom line” cost effective way to place digital dollars.
Bigfoot Laboratories provides website and design services to P&M, assisting in an effective online presence for their clients as a part of their advertising campaigns. Bigfoot Labs also provides computer consulting, repairs, sales, and installation of computer systems and networks.

He travels the country to shoot medical videos, corporate pieces, and top-notch retail productions. His association with P&M has been a productive partnership for our clients for many years.
